i recently accepted a mission were i have to hack into a certain bank and then modify the logs to incriminate and arrest him. So, i went into the bank with out monitor(only proxy cause i don't have proxy disable) and accesed some files(all of this is in admin) and then jumped out as soon as possible. i then went to internic and modified my logs to fit his ip then deleted the ones that were irrelevent to the hacking. i then went to the news server and watched the bank report but not arrest anyone. i then went to the gcd and incriminated them and arrested them. then i watched them get arrested. unfortuanatly, they won't give me my money. any suggestions?

This one is tricky, and easy to get caught on.
Bounce only a few times to the target bank. Attempt to gain access to anything, such as the admin account, or any bank account. Use the password breaker, without the monitor bypass. This is important. You want to be as obvious as possible. You could also just leave the proxy bypass on or something, until the monitor detects it and starts a trace. Let the trace go for a few seconds. It should not be very long at all before you get down to under 10 seconds on the trace. Disconnect immediately, and quickly go to InterNIC to change the logs.
You want the passive trace to be very rapid. Small number of bounces and not much time left on the trace tracker are key.

This mission is actually pretty tricky at first. I dont know if its the same for you, but, it only worked for me if I used 1! bounce point.
Gateway --> InterNIC --> Target Bank
Then, Without bypassing for disabling ANYTHING, I attempted to use the password breaker on the admins password. Once the red trace line reached InterNIC, I disconnected, went to InterNIC, and edited the logs. He was then arrested 3 hours later.
You really only need 1 bounce point anyways. I have never been caught with it. When I tried 2 bounce points, it failed. Good luck

Anything more than three is really a no-no.
Really? I've had people bank-framed with over a dozen bounces, although it took about four days for the arrest.
It gets less and less likely that it will happen though, and it does take a long time.
