When I logon to the ARC LAN, and run the LAN scan and probe, I have plenty of systems come up, yet there is NEVER a route connected to the router. I cannot go anywhere within the LAN. I have the highest version of all software, and have hacked many a LAN in this game...but I cannot get this mission! Does anyone have any idea what gives? I've had this happen with some other LAN hacking missions, too...just a blank, unconnected router and no way to get to anywhere else on the LAN, no matter how I spoof, scan or probe. Any help will be appreciated muchly!

Some people (including me) have seen this happen, too). Log out (come back to the main menu screen), and log in again. The problem is solved until it happen again.

Thank you for the fix; I should have mentioned that I saw it in my searches for a solution, and that I can't seem to get it to work. Does anyone know if this is a bug in the game or what?

That's a bug in the game. However, if my fix don't work, I can't help more... :frown:
You might want to try shutting down Uplink completely and restarting the game. I have encountered this problem as well and if logging out didn't work, restarting the game sometimes did.
