Edit(This is what i had posted:
"Digital Dreams Crossing...Ä>

You have to open it with a text editor. All i can't understand is what is this "order 36".

Your post hasn't been edited (so it can't be a mod). I would guess some webboard bug, especially with the script "postings.cgi", which hasn't received all your informations.
the most interesting part (which you posted, or tried to) is: "This is the release with the speech included. Hope you didn't get used to it without speech. Go to the order 36 in the Order List and press SHIFT-F6 to play the end screen song"
(text rewriten a bit. get the original by opening Music.dat with a text editor)
I reedited my first post but it still doesnt work...
Maybe its my 200th post jynx
As to whatever the thing in the file says, i have no idea. I tried looking at the software list, but theres only 28 or something like that. ------------------ The Most powerful Unix Command: sudo rm -r /
It's quite simple, really. It's just music data. The music in Uplink is in various MOD formats. The one that the text you posted refers to is "Deed in her Eyes" by Skaven of Future Crew. The "Digital Dreams Crossing..." is the name of a sound/sample of speech. That's the speech that the "This is the release with the speech included..." text is referring to. If you've heard the song in Uplink, you've probably heard "Digital dreams crossing over the sea... Welcome to the deadlock of reality..."
All that is just text that is in the MOD music file, and of course made it into the music.dat file. The "Go to order 36" refers to those who play it on a Windows/DOS MOD player or tracker. An order is just something in the file that tells the player or tracker what order certain parts of the music are supposed to go in when played.
So basically, you don't need to open music.dat in a text editor to see all of this. Just download the Uplink Extras file, which is in the Uplink Add-ons area, look in the Goodies folder, and the Music folder, and there will be "A94FINAL.S3M" If you open it in (url="http://"http://www.quadmation.com/pphome")PlayerPRO(/url), you'll see all that text in the instruments list/sample text.
