1. Assuming you have all the money you need and a high agent rating, is there any point to doing non-storyline missions (I mean, other than just out of sheer hacker maliciousness)?
2. Does your Neuromancer rating actually affect anything?

It affects the kind of non-storyline missions you are qualified for. Some employers don't want someone with a good reputation to do their dirtywork, or the other way around.
