How do I change someones qualifications?

I can do other missions but how do I change someones qualifications so that they have certified systems enginerring. What do I do? I have connect to the host, got in and gone into the database and gone to the right guy but dont know what to type in or where.

when you are in the person's profile either:
if it says certified systems engineer class 1 click on 1st small box and type what the mission says exactly and then add comma space "Class 1"
if it just says certified systems engineering click the last box and type exactly what the mission says(ex: Certified Systems Engineering)
