Why exactly are you sending your file to David? With all due respect, he has better things to do...I don't think he's looked at this board in a year or two. Furthermore, if you send it directly to a mod/admin, your file not only will not, but cannot be uploaded to add-ons.
The standard procedure to get your file approved is to go to the add-ons page, go to the bottom, and work from there. Remember to stuff your file first -- which you seem to have trouble with at the moment, I understand -- and name it something appropriate. A helpful hint in naming your file is that underscores ("_") are converted to spaces later.
