new gateway

i just got the gateway non-traceable. and it hasnt changed. It says log off and come back so i quit the game and when i came back my memory and rest was still the old computer.
How do i complete the upgrade?

Well, you receive a mail telling you to log off and come back (you did it).
Now, your Gateway is upgraded, but you keep all your programs in memory.
That's why you see the same things there.
You should look in the hardware section, and check the Gateway.

Indeed, just because the max amount for the gateway is 48 gq's or so, that doesnt mean it starts out with that much.
