Earlier today i had a Karma rating of -7 and now i come on and it is all the way up to -4. I checked my email but i had no "Praise" and i was wondering how it goes up mysteriously without me being "Praised"? I dont know if it was any of you guys that did it, or if it was the mods in the EV Nova boards.... Thanks.

I think that with a negative karma, you get one point back every 20 posts. I'm not sure though. But dont just go around and spam just to get it up again, that will get it even lower.
And looks to me like you still have -7.

Hmmm...im confused.....If a topic gets locked, does it not change the rating? normally it does..like if i posted when i had -4, and now i have -7, shouldnt the old one say -7 as well? Or does this not happen for locked topics?

bodadem-Just a note, do not post two posts in a row, just edit the first one or include it in the first one
Threads are not updated (with post count or karma information) unless an event occurrs, such as someone posting in it, someone locking it, etc. So your -4 karma in that thread was there when it was locked, thus there have been no events since then to update that page.
And yes, the one positive karma every 20 points is true, however, if you spam the boards to get those posts, you will likely be slapped even more.
