I know some people have gotten this feature to work and I'd like to solicit some help. I have an ibook and an imac. I play primarly on my ibook since it goes with me everywere.
I go into the multimonitor option and it shows a wierd IP. The last number is correct, but the others are not. I tried typing in the IP manually (as suggested in another thread), but it doesn't seem to do anything. On my ibook I put in the address and click start server...nothing happends. I tried hosting from the imac, again putting in the correct IP address - nothing worked.
Both computers are on the same hub. Hub is connected to a cable modem. Any suggestions?
