i set the screen resolution to the bottom one on the list(dont know what it was)(its the highest numbers) and now it opens this really huge window and everything is black and i cant change it back to normal........its messed up...really....please help

notes that it is generally not a good idea to set games to resolutions higher than one's monitor can support
..but now that you've done it, try trashing the 'options' file in the 'users' folder in the uplink folder. Should solve your problem.
