Uplink and Register quits on startup

I have used uplink for a week. Now it quits every time I try to start it.

I trashed the uplink folder and unstuffed a new version. But, it dies too. I tried the Register program and it does too.

The original mac demo still works.

Maybe one of the mods. are familiar with this, but maybe you should delete the prefs. too. What system are you running under?

Mac OS X latest

I deleting Uplink License from HOME/LIBRARY/Proferences.
Still dies.
