The Uplink CD is said to contain the gamebible.zip file and the way to decypher it. How do one get that file and they way to open it if one bought the game online from Ambrosia?

The extras at that link are the files from the bonus CD which doesn't contain the gamebible.zip (the first game bible book), I think there are books 2 and 3 there though.
