Mission won't Complete

Here's the problem: I have been assigned to "destroy corporate files" (all of them) on a server. I have done so, but I don't get mission complete. I did a similar mission and it worked out fine... Do I have to delete logs or something? And what is the console? Is there a shortcut command for "delete all" in there?

Sorry for the flood of questions, but I think some one owes me 9600

EDIT: One more thing: I'm not registered, but usually Ambrosia tells you that this is the reason something won't complete, so I'm a little concerned (btw I doublechecked the IP and it checks out. the mission is to remove all files on Elite Technology's Internal Services Machine and the employer is Unitron Microsystems. They send an email that says something like: We have not heard word of the destruction or whatever....)

In the console you can type:

cd usr
delete

This will delete all the files. For these missions you will need to wait for the news to report the hack (generally 3 hours, game time).
