Ok, I bought the IRC upgrade for my HUD, and like any self-respecting person, I attempted to go to ev3. But I can't seem to get past the screen where you fill in you details. Is this option available on the demo?

The IRC client is a rather poor implementation. It works, on some OS's but is rather picky. One thing it doesn't like is long topics. Anyway try connecting to irc.uplinkcorp.net (the Uplink IRC server), channel #Uplink and see if it works.

Well, the point is I type in my details and then sit there like a rather smelly piece of cheese. Is there anything particular I am supposed to do?
Apparently it doesn't like the MacOS. It is one of those that only likes XP/2000/Linux. Silly IRC.
I got it to work with the default server/room but had to switch the screen to 800x600 so I could press the "connect" button (lower-right).

Yeah, it appears that the Connect button is hidden in 640x480. In 800x600 I was able to connect, and it actually got pretty far in talking to the server before crashing.
Heh, I ev3'd through uplink :D. Unfortunately "/" doesn't work, so "/me" doesn't work...
It's worked for me...

I can't seem to find the connect button in any resolution, either fullscreen or window mode. Any help?
