Doing either thing constantly while claiming to be a 'l33t hax0r' is a mark of a wannabe luser. l33tspeak is more from gaming circles than from hacking. Before anyone points out that real hackers use l33tspeak becuase Largo on megatokyo uses it, direct your attention to the previous statement - Largo is also a gamer. He probobly gets his l33speak from that source.
