Does anyone know of any programs that I can use to make custom bsps for my Avara level sets? If you have any information whatsoever, let me know.

I used StrataVision to create the rabbit (In The Matrix) and the "gzr" bsp's for RIP.

Do you know where I can find it?
You can also try the program Meshwork. I've used it relatively successfully, although it seems a little touchy on memory issues for larger meshes. The website is: (url="http://"http://codenautics.com/meshwork/")http://codenautics.com/meshwork/(/url)

I couldn't get meshworks to download, and strata costs money. I couldn't find a demo for strata, so I didn't download anything. If you could find a free/shareware/demo program that I can use, that would be far better. If not, thanks anyway.

At (url="http://"http://www.3D.com")http://www.3D.com(/url), they will have a free version of strata, called "Strata 3D".

It gave me a "can't contact remote host" message. However, I got downloading to work, and I'm gonna try to download meshworks again, and see if that works and does the job for me. Keep postion ideas, I'm getting close...

I may try that in a bit. I got meshworks, and I've been able to make a shape, but now I need instructions on how to convert it into a bsp format for my levels, as well as how to impliment it(set a name for it, etc.). I've got meshworks, the two bsp convertes that come with the avara package, and bsp viewer. Tell me in plain english what to do, and what I need that I don't have. Also, I tried using bsp viewer to view my object, but bspviwer said it didn't have any bsps. Whats up with that?
I figured out I have to send the converted(DFX?) file through the converter before it will show up properly in bspViewer. My bad. I still can't get the script to make it show up. Anyone who can show me what code I need, plase respond.

Here's a link to ALD's BSP Help page -- in case you haven't checked there yet. Hope it helps. (url="http://"http://netformz.org/ald/ald-bspt.htm")http://netformz.org/ald/ald-bspt.htm(/url)

Yes, yes! Very helpful! I not only found out how to use my bsps, but I figured out how to get it to have colors! Now all I need to know is which color in meshworks will allow me to use the secondary color in Avara(ie the line color of an arc). I'm assuming its red because of going through bspviewer with my copy of Avara and seeing shapes with white and red but the red doesn't show up in the game, but rather the color chosen by the line of the segment. Is this correct?
