if any of you have checked the Avara board - which i know none of you have - you will have noticed it was completely locked down a few hours ago!!! all three topics!!!! is ambrosia abandoning avara and leaving it to dye or am i just ranting!? it's a banter board anyway and i personally don't care much about avara. i don't think even the moderators(except for maybe one or two) check the board!

I do check the board regularly, and found that people were just posting comments on how slow the board is. Not exactly off-topic for the board, but not really on-topic either.
Yes, Avara is not generating a lot of traffic, but that's no reason to be mean-spirited at all. At one time Avara was probably generating the most traffic on this site - course that was the eye-opening statements on the old Brag board.
I locked down the topics to prevent further comments. If you have a question about Avara, post away. If you just have disparaging comments - please post them elsewhere.
I check the avara.com boards everyday (well, maybe not EVERY day, but as often as I can). I love avara, and would hate to see it die, but face the facts, it is practicaly dead as it is Probibly the only reason I'm still playing it to this day is because I have never finished my level set that I started 3 years ago. I have almost finished, and when I do, I plan to basicaly leave the avara community, and leave while I'm still thought of as one of the best players.
One last note, if anyone ever sees a player who goes by the name of "Ichiboo", it's me I'll be watching for you all on all the other trackers...
