OK, I admit that I once said that progress logs steal from the magic of the final product. I will try to keep this log as undetailed as possible so no hints are dropped. Because I like a good, mean bastard surprise.
1.16.02 Started a few weeks ago on Level 7. My catapault experiments have failed, so the supreme level of Mean Bastardness I was seeking won't be there. I'll have to run a few more tests to see what I can and can't do. Also drawing up variations of the level to see how rotten I can get using the level's "theme."

1.21.02 A level plan has finally been approved for "Some Assembly Required." Although it means I have to trash my old level and start anew. Heh...I hope you like puzzles.
I just had a great idea for a level that just reeks of the 1980s. Dunno if I'll do it in this level set, but it's a great opportunity to make use of stolen pics!
