How do you discover the point where the boss activates? Also, how do you make the boulders used for killing Manditraki re-appear after you've used them?

I'm at school, so I can't tell you everything, but
Make sure there are holes in the ceiling. If you place them appropriately, boulders will constantly drop down. If you can't have holes in your ceiling due to level design, I think there is a way to use enemy pipes.
I believe the boss activation point is in pixels. Count the number of tile-squares and multiply by 13.

The easiest way is to use a sprite. I normally use a rock barrier. Place the left hand edge where you want the boss point to be. Then open sprite info (command E) and the number of PosH is the boss point. (negative if coming from the left)

The Mandatraki warrior carries its own boulders with it. The middle one will fall directly above its original position and the other two are eight tiles to the right and left of it respectively. You nead 22 clear tiles (that is without fg floor or ceiling) from the floor for the central boulder and 18 for the other two to allow them to drop down. The breaking boulders will smash against foreground tiles but not against background platforms (bg ID103).
PS I did give you a chance this time Dr. Tall but you weren't quick enough!
