Please will some one tell me of a tutorial or at least tell me how I make a 4 directional character animation in CS. I have looked at the manual and I have looked at the editor and I have looked at other files and I have no idea how to use it

Create a new animation, add your files (north first, then east, then south and last (but not least), add west. In the first frame of each direction, set the frame flag to "set marker", and in the last, "loop to last marker". Then click the "directional 4" box in the lower part of the window. Then, for the attack, just add a new animation to the existing animation file and do just like the other. But, in the end of each direction have a "switch animation" instead of the other stuff ;). Then just add the collision sphere (under the animation area) and your done!.
Good luck, if you still dont get it I can help you in the end of the week ;).
