my game uses alot of graphics that came with the demo. I have photoshop but its photoshop 6.0 and I suck with it is there any recomended free program I could use

Graphic Converter is cheaper and doesn't have disabled features, but the longer you go unregistered the longer you have to wait at startup until you can use the program. I've found GraphicConverter a little hard to use.

Got ya, the Gold Standard of image editing sucks...
Trust me. I tried using graphic converter though I found it was harder to use and less powerful than PS. Stick with PS. It is the best graphics editor out there.

I use Freworks by (url="http://"http://www.macromedia.com/")Macromedia(/url) for the most part I use it to edit graphics not create them though. Hmmm, I've never tried Dampeoples before.

let it be known im making an all 3D game and photo shop has helped my with none of that. 3D photo shop dosent make (and if it dose its not very good).
Well I am making my graphics in Strata and i couldn't do it without PS. I use it for making textures for my modals and for the touching up afterwards.
