Heres the first half of the topic: I had a thought come to me about an hour ago. I'm not a very good artist, and however good other people may be, sometimes it can be difficult getting a vision accross through IM, e-mail, or speech. I have the Apple Developer suite sitting on my computer gathering dust since I can't find any decent documentation on Objective-C. But, interface builder is a rather good program for working with and making interfaces. (Heres the question) Would It be legal to use Interface Builder, export built interfaces to graphics, and then use those graphics in my project, or would that break laws, copywrite or otherwise.
The second half of this topic is using interface builder (for those who have it) to make interfaces, given that it isn't illegal, for Futuristic, Educational, and anything else you might deem appropriate for the kind of interfaces that you can make in it. This would save a ton of time drawing, scanning, and revising on paper and in photoshop. Hope this is helpful to somebody.

not illegal in the slightest.
assuming you have a normal non-educational release of the OS the dev tools are at your disposal to build whatever you want.
