anyone has an idea why I can´t save a game? i haven´t been able to save my progress in any coldstone-made game, this being the "medieval" game,a rough game of my own, or even GrahamVH´s Legends Beta Anyone knows what´s going on?

Are you perhaps using OS 10.2? If so, there's a known bug which affects PoG (and I would assume other Coldstone games) which requires a work-around to save. There are several threads on the PoG board discussing this and it is also detailed on the PoG FAQ page. You can see the work-around (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/Forum66/HTML/000027.html")here.(/url) Basically, you have to create a text file with the proper suffix and then write over it. If this is not a PoG game, I would try to find out what the working saves use as a suffix and try that instead. I hope that helps. ~RD

the generic suffix is ".Sav".
I wouldn't use resedit to attempt to change it as the engine may internally rely on the suffix being .Sav .

Most coldstone games don't save either but what you can do is open a text file and go to format select make plain txt then save it as Saved Game.sav or something like that but make sure you save it as a .sav file then play you'r game and when you save it make sure you save it in the same folder as you'r txt file and call it the same thing then it will say replace file say yes.But i'm not sure it will work.

Use punctiation please writing in really long sentences without periods is what is called a run on sentence and people find it irritating and it gives people the impression that you are rambling on and on without stop or pause and that you are speaking really really fast see what i mean so please remember to use punctuation like periods commas quiestion marks exclamation marks etc etc etc.
And yes, the work-around does work, I have used it many times in PoG. The only annoying part of it is that you can't open it in-game. You have to quit and open the file in the finder, or drag it onto the game's main application's icon.
