I ve got a monster that can only cast spells... he does it well but no animation is launched while he s casting his spell... (the other monsters, when attacking, use their attacking animation)... how to make this f...... monster have a special animation for casting spells....???

When you are constructing the spell, at the bottom of the spell editor is a place to put the animation of that spell. Just above that is a box which should be set to "bullet from caster to target."
Now go back to the NPC and on the tab for "Magic" make sure that the spell you want is checked in the left column. Now select the "Battle" tab and make sure "Aggressive caster" is high-lighted. ~RD

well, it wasn t the pbm of the spell anime itself but an animation of the monster casting his spell... however I found the solution by myself thanks anyway... I needed to simply duplicate the animation of the monster twice so that the last animation had the index 3... and it works perfectly you can close this topic thanks ^_^
