fading to a new map/location

Hi,

I'm thinking about making the map so that you go on something or the right co-ordinates and a faed effect action happens, it fades to black and then fades from black and then your in a new map.

I tried it already but It didn't work, my "EndGame.cet" event looks like this.
MainActions LinkedActions
FadeEffect
Teleport
FadeEffect(2)
Wait
FadeEffect(3)
Teleport(2)

I think this would make my game stand out, Can anyone tell me if I did something wrong or mucked up completely?.

After a fade to black you have to have a fade from black after the teleport or you remain in the dark - so to speak. In your list above, I don't see where you fade back in. ~RD
