I've been trying to use a quicktime movie as a background for some dialog screens. When it comes up it's behind the dialog screen. The whole thing seems a bit querky.
Is there a method for positioning video and linked images in the dialog screen?
Also, is there a way to stop the video or will it just loop on and on?
I've tried using stills and an animation file, this does not work.

I'm not certain of a way to get it embedded directly into the window, but if i'm understanding you correctly you wanted it as a background image anyay so why not use a .PNG for your dialog layout?
