...all my NPCs walk vvvvvveeeeerrrrrrrryyyyyyyy sssssllllllloooooowwwwwwwllllllyyyyyyy. Even the aggressive ones. They look like they're all shuffling. They move about an inch on the screen in 2 seconds, unlike in PoG or the tutorial where they go a lot faster.

strange... The problem I have is with NPCs being too fast most of the time. what speed do you have them set too? anything above about 3 seems to be lightning fast... I assume it's nothing to do with big images or anything cos the whole game would be sluggish then, and not just the NPCs. I'll Keep thinking Migraine.

Pac man's a computer game, how many kids do you know who listen to repetetive music and take mind-altering pills?"
It also depends on how large the delay time in frames thingy in the walk animation is......I think.

What do you mean by "speed"?
And I set the frame delay to 0.
Deedeedee...
Speed is set in the Secondary Stats box of the Stats tab in the NPC window.
Try adjusting the number there...
