I'm planning of doing a list of games made with Cold Stone and their release dates. Post your game here with a release date and a link of where the game can be downloaded, if possible. If it's an upcoming game, you can send a link to the site of the upcoming game.
------------------ Veni, vidi , vici in pop-pop.
(url="http://"http://users.skynet.be/fa250604/sites/gamesite/crescent.html")crescent adventures(/url) You are a true hero.
The world is filled with peace, prosperity and carnivorous predators. So basically nobody gets around much.Troughout the Empire, people fall asleep where they are standing. Only the hardiest Salesmen ever leave their villages . Even the wild barbarians are bored to death.
But you are the incarnation of excitement! You rouse nations, exercise local guards, redistrubute wealth, tickle the life back into people. You bring light where there was darkness and boldly go where no one has gone before!
Sure...some people would call you a thief.
Then again some people would bury you in the burning desert sand up to your neck and leave you to the vultures.
At least YOU never killed anybody. And certainly not by poking their eyes out or some such criminologic novelty.
So being a hero and all, fleetfooted and witty and generally smarter then the Law, you end up in a remote region of Aleara. Probably because it's the only place on Crescent where they don't know you yet. But they've got entertainment too! And their beer is almost drinkable!
So get off your ass and do your hero stuff.
Run from the law!
Breaking And Entering!
Dodge the carnivorous predators-
Then poke 'em with your nifty sword!
And last but not least- try to stay away from married women for a change...

Any release date yet? Couldn't find one on the website.
nope. a lot will depend on the gameplay i'm going to implement. - took away some spoilers here- so between soon, and soon + two weeks. I don't believe in long development - ship it and move on.

Faceless --------------------------------------------------
After returning from 7 years of brutal training by the wizard Galiolas, you are finally home. Your hand rubs over your dresser, covered in dust from years of neglect. Nostalgia and sorrow overwhelms you, but it is time to move on. The sunlight causes you to shield your eyes as you remember the events preceding your hasty departure. Galiolas was sitting in his study, his brow furrowed in worry, hunching over a letter. Without warning he got up and left his study. Curiosity overwhelms you and you take a peek at his letter. It says:
" <<<<sorry, not even partially completed>>"
You felt a tap on your shoulder, and the dark figure of Galiolas loomed over you. His voice crackled with ancient power and wisdom, along with anger and regret.
"You have seen what you should not have. It is of no consequence. You must leave, now. Here take this this staff, and this." He handed you a brown, tightly wrapped package, "Take this to Evane Periol in Coirwenin. Go by the boat. Now! RUN!!!"
And just like that, you found youself a mile away from your house. All you remeber is Galiolas' message, and then something black hurtling towards you both, and Galiolas screaming: "THE PACKAGE!!!!!!"
You must move on now, your home town hasn't heard from the rest of the province in three months, and rumors are sprouting like weeds. The swamp has begun acting up, and rumors that the magestic Bridges have been broken have been confirmed. And over it all, is the brown package.
-----------------------------------------------
Well, that is a pre-beta half-finished crappy blurb. Anyways, the character must get to Coirwenin and deliver the package.
It is an epic quest filled with mystery and danger. I am using mostly the PoG graphics, but with quite a few modifications. I have wanted to make a computer game for countless years, and I have made about 400 give or take a few computer games on paper. This project is a culmination of all of my gaming knowledge and determination. I have run into a few snags, and for a while even abandoned my game (gasp) It has gone under major remodelings and changes, and right now I am about 20% complete.
Release date: ?????
Anyways, any suggestions or help on this project would be greatly appreciated. Team up?
Well, there it is.
I am also working on a much more open-ended, and in my mind, better (over, like 50 classes, and different skills andstarting locations) Ultima-style game with focus on story, rather than graphics. Anyone wanna help on that???
