1. What do you mean by edit? Change the names, change the values at the start, change the effects...? 2. What do you mean by automatic? When do you want these events to activate? Upon launch, upon a new game, constantly...? 3. What do you want the skills to do? Allow item use, change the effect of items, make item use easier? 4.What game? Not yet, not yet.
