3d Formats...

Srry if I missed this, but my team has 3ds max 4, Maya 4, LW 7, Bryce 5, Poser (Pro Pack) 4, and some others, and I have been following Coldstone for quite sometime, probably a year now, and before I buy it, which i most probably will, I need to get some new artists, so I was wondering, what 3D import format(s) does Coldstone accept? I just want to know what my new artists should be specializing in, thx.

It likes 16 bit pict files with a .pct extension - anything else and you will give yourself headaches you don't need

He is here...

...Surely u didn't buy all those high-end, high-market priced 3d programs for developing in Coldstone?
of course not, right?
But just in case you did , coldstone only accepts JPEG, PNG, and PICT graphics.
All u can use is 2d renders of ur models...psuedo 3D

No, of course we haven't gotten those just for Coldstone. My team is currently in the process of starting up a game developing/web design company tentativly called "Digital Aura Studios" but all I can use is 2d exports, not 3d exports? Ok, fine, be that way.

I could have sworn we had been over this with you before, but maybe its just my imagination. Its not chill's fault you can't use 3d. The engine was built for 2D graphics, sorry to disappoint you.

Sorry if I sounded somewhat irritable. But please, in the future, use the search before asking questions.
