I had alot of graphics in my Items_Inventory folder, which took a long time to load. So I decided to make a bunch of subfolders, to beter organize the pics. But it seems that CS dosent recognize my folders. What gives?

Coldstone, as far as i know, relies on a very rigid set of folders in a set order. Changing them will eather crash the game or create very weird effects.
My sugjestion to you would be to do something like this:
Item_Sword_Claymore Item_Sword_Broadsword Item_Sword_Shortsword Item_potion_Heal Item_potion_Revive Item_potion_Eather Item_Aromor_chainmail Item_Armor_helm
etc
------------------ BOOM

That's a good idea.

I get what your saying but you misunderstood me. I just wanted to put them in seprate folders because it takes so long for the picture viewing menu to load, each and every time I open it. Seprate folders would cut down on the number of items it needs to load.
Well, I guess CS dosent support subfolders. So I just added a bunch of different folders in the Pictures folder: Items_Inventory_Armor, Items_Inventory_Weapons, etc... which seems to work fine.
