The only problem with Coldstone is the speed of the engine. It does not run on full speed on a g3 with a Voodoo 5 (If there were anyway I could check the FPS I would post them). And this is the only thing stopping me for registering becouse I would release my game as a shareware game and many shareware gamers doesn't have g4s... Is it hardware accelerated?

Pillars of Garendall, which was created using Coldstone, works fine on G3s, including our ancient Bondi iMacs. I'm not sure why you're having speed problems with it. Perhaps you could explain more?

Well, it(PoG) goes fluidly for about 5 secs and then it goes jumps and then it repeats...
BTW, its a g3 300 with 192 mb ram...

Sorry, I remebered wrong... It jumps about every second or two... It has been like this in the 1.0 release of PoG too...
Andrew, or anyone, do you know the answer to this?
Try giving the game more memory. I had that prob. too, but don´t really remember how I fixed it. I think it worked when I was giving it more memory.

Perhaps you have other applications running in the background that are eating up time? A bug like this was fixed in PoG 1.0.1...
i had similar problems on a g3 beige 300MHz with 448 MB RAM, but it had something to do with a game my dad was beta testing at the time. once he got the gold master copy, it stopped being a mofo. i thought i would be the only one having that problem...

Hmm, 192 mb of ram should be enough and I've tried to run right after a restart and turned of VM(I have 192 mb pysichal ram) but none of this worked...
