You (ambrosia & beenox people) have already said that there will be no multiplayer functions for coldstone, and no web or networked play. Well, If us fans were to make a MOD or patch to allow multiplayer stuff, would it work, or does coldstone have some sort of block, or will there be some extra option or what?

I'm guessing "no". Unless something has changed, it's already been said that users won't be "allowed" to make plug-ins to enhance the abilities of Coldstone. Don't get your hopes up.

a) plugins for coldstone games are made with the Coldstone editor. in order to make the Coldstone Editor capable of creating networkable games, you'd have to hack the coldstone engine to tiny little pieces and put it back together again, so c) it would probably be a lot easier to write your own multiplayer game engine from scratch.

A patch would automatically go to work an update the program. But i guess thats not possible.
(Subject Change; forgive me) On yesterdays pic of the day, why was there a tab saying "players" if you can only have one (and I know you can only have 1)? Sorry if this bugs everyone, it just struck me as odd.
