Ok there is an ice cream chain called ColdStone Creamery, down here in AZ and California. Would there be legal issues with them about the Coldstone Game engine, and if so, have they been resolved or not.

I'm thinking "no". They are two entirely different enterprises, Coldstone Creameries is available in a limited area, and the name is not popular enough to cause disputes. Plus, I doubt they'll ever even hear of Coldstone Game Engine.

I doubt there will be any problems. They 2 products aren't even related and, as saphire said, Coldstone Creamaries is a local thing.
