Once we finish a game, how do we get Ambrosia Software to publish it for us? Please respond ASAP.

Once I make a really cool game with Coldstone, what then?

You can either distribute it for freely, or you can publish it through Ambrosia (subject to Ambrosia's acceptance of the game, of course). Ambrosia Software, Inc. is planning to publish an entire series of Coldstone-based games (similar to AD&D; modules) created by various talented people who use the Coldstone engine. We'll take care of the publicity, operations, order taking, etc., you just work on making a great game!
The engine will also be licensable for commercial/shareware distribution, should wish to "go solo" and publish your game on your own.
There's some feedback. I assume you send your game to Ambrosia Software, and if they like it, you'll work out a deal. Does that answer your question?

Oh, I do have a question about this.
I am assuming in order to sell a Coldstone game solo, if Ambrosia does not accept it, it would need to use 100% original artwork, as in, none of the graphics included with Coldstone... can anyone confirm this suspicion? It's always good to be prepared...

My guess is that ASW will hae something in thier legal writings for CS that the graphics(or most of them, anyway) are allowed to be used in "solo" without legal trouble, but that you can't copyright the artwork as your own(for obvious reasons). This seems a sensable idea, but I'm am really just guessing. I have no idea about the truth of it.
------------------ Pokemon is awsome! Anyone why says otherwise is too old to get it. Go to the unofficial EV webboard site! Just click (url="http://"http://yoshi.zzux.com/phpbb/")here(/url) to go. That's where the Arorian Outlook is. Go to my ezboard, (url="http://"http://pub101.ezboard.com/bmousesboards")Mouse's Boards(/url)!

You will have the option of acquiring Coldstone with the additional media package, which can be used free of charge in any Coldstone related game. That is, unless things have changed.
