I made a topic about what good 3D modelers could be used to make sprites for Coldstone games, but Coldstone can use several music formats, and quicktime movies (If you know any other things that coldstone works with IE graphics or music please post!!)
It seems that (all I know for now) Coldstone can read MOD type music files (to obtain MOD files go to (url="http://"http://www.modarchive.com")www.modarchive.com(/url) you'll find a HUGE selection)
What programs would you use to create such files/formats? What are the easiest to get? Or the cheapest? What are the easiest to use?
If you know of any good programs to use, PLEASE post! Preferably with a link to the Product/Developer's website.

This has been asked before, but many moons ago. For more in-depth, do a search in this board for MOD.
Quick repeat of the info:
PlayerPro ( (url="http://"http://www.quadmation.com/pphome.htm")http://www.quadmation.com/pphome.htm(/url) ) is the only music tracker on the Mac. It's $69. I personally feel it's overpriced, but then again, I'm a power user when it comes to audio software.
If you have a PC, access to one, or Virtual PC, you can try Fast Tracker or Impulse Tracker for free. There's also lots of info on music trackers at (url="http://"http://www.united-trackers.org")http://www.united-trackers.org(/url).
I also consider the tracker paradigm of music writing kind of backwards, but that's only after learning to write music with it and then moving on to real MIDI, real samplers, real synthesizers, and Pro Tools/Logic Audio.
