tracker=bad If you're on a tracker that means SPAM bots can find you easily. And a folder loop can only kill so many before they catch on. Besides, I bet the only peoplee who would log on are from these boards, so its fine not to have it on a tracker

I never really liked Hotline, I wonder why I even have it on my computer. I never really caught onto the interface...it seems rather clunky, I am not sure if this Hotline server is the best way to attract the most people

Carracho is basically a cleaner and more mac-ish version of Hotline. It is exactly the same princple, people run servers using software similar to Hotline server ( ;)) and people connect using client software. It's got pretty much the same features as HL, but it's not as ugly. It's also available for OS X now as well.

You didn't get any? Strange, I downloaded mine from BigRedH.com, if you did the same then they should be there. I reckon that your online now, if you read this in time, sign onto AIM and I'll tell you how to set it up.

I'ts pretty user friendly, just click on things, or if there is balloon help use that, or just put your arrow over buttons and wait for the friendly text thingy to tell you what it is...
The HL server is 100% active, although we are waiting for Gluey's new modem to be put in so we can get the new server address. It's being installed tommorow, so we should have lift off soon...

Yeah. Me, Glue, and Necro were on there for a while. There's not much there, but, once people start coming, I expect the number of files and such to increase.

Yeah... It was about 2AM in the UK when Necro signed off. GlueBubble, who is getting cable tomorrow, will take over hosting, so 24 hour access should be available. I'm kinda tired, so, if my sentences don't make sense, I apologize.

Almost 24 hour access, anyway. I doubt I'll leave it up all the time...I can't think it's good for a computer to never turn it off. Also, it's in my room, and it's hard to sleep with it buzzing.

Only if you can't read properly. Gluey has an 'l' while Gnuey has an 'n'. Perfectly easy to tell between the two. If one was Gmuey however, then I would sympathize...
