The latest version of Galactic Scourge (1.4.5) is now in the archives. Galactic Scourge 1.4.1 is the most frequently downloaded non-cheater plugin. If you are one of these people, you can download GSto145 which will update any version of Galactic Scourge from 1.3 to 1.4.5.
If you have never seen GS, you should know that it is a 5 meg download and it extends the EV universe with 15 new governments, 140 new missions, 70 new items, (30 of them weapons), 38 new ships, 100 new systems, and adjusts several existing ships, items, and missions. Galactic Scourge involves many non-linear plots and give the pilot an opportunity to quickly earn privileges with the Confeds, Rebels, and Pirates. One can go rich and powerful or cause the destruction of the known universe.
