moving fleets?

Has anyone else had trouble moving a fleet? I can place them in my own territory, as described in the manual, but once there I cannot move them. I've tried moving them within their combat radius, within my own territory, on the other side of the globe, etc. Each time I get a message that the fleet can't be moved there....

When you select a fleet and move it, the cursor will be one of two colors: dark blue for where you can send it, and light blue for where you can't. So you're saying they can't be moved at all no matter what? Could you provide a screenshot?

Aha...figured it out. I have to use the left mouse button for selecting fleet AND approving the move.
