Well, I know you can't - or shouldn't - have this for networked games, but is there, or will there be, an option to pause during an vs. AI game? I often find myself needing to pause my games for various reasons, so it would be useful.
In advanced options, set the slowest speed to 'Pause'.
Note that this option, like all other advanced options, is only available to registered users.
