The EV Bible is shipped as a Microsoft Word document. It will have to be converted to the format that your word processor uses. If you have difficulty opening it, please contact the maker of your word processor to obtain more information on converting a Microsoft Word document to a format you can use.
Note that the EV and EVO Bibles are also available in DocMaker and PDF formats, available in the Add-on Files section.

At EVula's Lair there is a printable version of it that you can just print out from there if you can't open the actual document.
