This is a question that is too general to ask. First you must know what your plug-in does, and then try to make it work in Escape Velocity by performing the necessary actions. If you still cannot see the changes, make sure the plug-in has been installed properly and that you have restarted Escape Velocity. If you still do not have any success, go back to the editor of your choice and double-check all of your work.
