Incomplete Worlds

A lot of us are posting our levels at incomplete stages, to show what we have so far. What happens when you update the world file? Do people's saved game files for that level still work, or do they have to start from the begining again?

Bush thinks we were better off 8 years ago. My reaction was laughter. Vote GORE to keep moving forward!

When I retest my levels, I have found that the saved files show the old world file. So, I guess the Saved game files become usless. Right now I am testing my 2nd level, so rather than play the first level over and over again, I put a teleporter that takes you to the end of the level.

I can get old game files to work with the new world data...I just make sure I change the name of the previous world data file and put it in another folder. Case in point: I used an old saved game from Andrew's World and had no problem getting to his new levels. And the bugs were fixed from the first level.

I'd rather be a woman than a man. Women can cry, we get to wear cuter clothes, and we're the first to be rescued off sinking ships.

You mean, you'll put down your rock and I'll put down my sword and we'll try and kill each other like civilized people?
