Hmmm, I talked to Grammaticus about this, but if I were personally going to use it in a plug, I'd say to myself:
If the Grolk could create the Auds, they'd probably use the tech themselves to not suck quite so much... I'd personaly place the Order as younger than the Auds... They created themselves seems wicked cool... Like maybe some ancient species developed self aware machines that were gigantic analouge computers, which eventually managed to figure out how to miniaturize and made themselves awsomely powerful... Hidden races are kinda cliched, I wouldn't use them myself.
