Where can i get the beta version of Hera?
------------------ Long Live Apple! Long Live the Mac!
chortle fat chance of that happenning
I saw a post with a link for the beta a few days ago. Where is it!?
Sorry, I'm afraid it's illegal to aqquire a copy of the closed Beta. Besides, that link wouldn't help much- The file's encrypted.

Yes, you did see a link to it another post. People were apperently trying to crack the password on the file or something. But Hera is not publicly relesed, so it is illegal to get it unless you are authorized to do so. (i.e. If you are a beta tester, or you just happeneed to be Andrew Welch, Nathon Lammet, or any others of the sort). In addition, the file is encrypted, so even if you aquired it, it wouldn't do much good. It'd also not like the file is hidden away somewhere. It's right there on the Hera oublic ftp site, but it's still encrypted. I personally think Ambrosia should require a user name and password to access the beta directory of their ftp site. Just my two cents.

Plus, wouldn't you think that if Ambrosia relesed Hera, that it would be all over the main site?
Yeah, a user name and password would be great.
------------------ I have a plan so ingenius even an idiot could devise it. We will line all our ships up and fly straight at the enemy death cannons therefore clogging them with wreckage.
