I was working at Area 51 one day.
I was installing gravity amplifiers on one craft that had a large array of weapons on it. On my lunch break I was talking to Bob (A.K.A. MARTIAN 5472) about his home planet. He was telling me that there were much better worlds to live on than Earth and with a few minor tweeks the FR517 (the ship I was working on) could take me there.
I told my boss that the ship needed testing as soon as possible and he arranged a test flight later that night. When it came time to fly I planned to steal the craft and join what Bob called the rebellion. I got into the craft, started all the systems, did the rounds and then... I FLEW THAT BABY FULL SPEED OUT OF THERE! THERE WAS NO WAY THAT THEY WERE GOING TO SHOOT ME DOWN!!
After a week of flight, I reached Spica, my new home, or was it...

Not bad. But yeah, I think it is too short. Next time save up as much as you can fit into one post. That way the backlog will be nice and low. In fact, I was talking to Jude not too long ago about that issue. It's like. . .I could post UE Fighter Vol. 4, but it's decently short, so I'm waiting until I get 5 done.
I suggest writing solid, detailed chapters, then sending them in by pairs, or by threes, or they will fit.
Ive just being writing up chaps 2 -> 4 of my Freelancer story and 2 is like huge! 4 sides A4 written, 3 so far is two sides of A4 written and I am only halfway thru. 4 is short though i expect, haven't written yet. Chaps 2 -> 4 will be pretty long, 5 -> 7 a bit shorter, 8 the ending, pretty long another battle

Nothing. Just trying to discourage the use of HTML because not everyone is careful or knowledgable, and it can REALLY mess up the board. Jude
