Hi. I have a problem. I had lost my HD and had to initialize it. But when I entered my code again it said expired click here to renew but it says authentication failed. Why is this? I had done this with EVN and it renewed itself fine.

You would have a better chance of getting an informed response to this question by posting to the "Help On The Way" forum. However, it should act just as your EVN code did, if it is a legit code that is.
