When the original rules were created, I intended for them to be a loose set of guidelines for the pop-pop Tournaments. With that said, here is a revision of the rules, with a touch of wholesome lawyer bull crap on top of it.

On a side note, while the tournament was happening, I was talking with TomWoozle about a pop-pop 1.0.3, and had a problem with a Cave Dig 3 registration that I got a call about. And everything else, I was working and may have missed some things.
