It seems that my connection to the poppop tracker is very weak. The games keep aborting, saying the opponent cannot be reached. IS this just a bad AOL day, or is there something I need to do to get a better connection. Thanks- The

there are a couple of things I can think of. One is, if you are under a firewall or some such (as is often the case with high speed connections) it may lessen the integrity of the connections of your games. I am on a dialup connection and use Jaguar's built-in firewall and have flawless net play, the the mileage of others on 3rd party firewalls may be different.
It is also possible that it is other peoples' connections, and not yours. I know that there are some people that I just cannot connect to for more than a few seconds before being booted, and although I'm sure there's a good reason, I'm not technically knowledgeable to know why.
Also, last night I believe that there was a pretty large denial of service attack across large portions of the net. They have all been resolved by now I think but it could've been your problem because I know I was having problems then.
If you continue to have problems being disconnected from games on the tracker, post back here and maybe someone else will have suggestions better than mine.

You may try to sign on using remote access (The little phone icon at the top of the screen). AOL sometimes has a glitchy connection
