Maybe it's just me, but whenever I get on the pop-pop tracker, it's flooded with unregistered users. This really sticks in my craw for a variety of reasons. I know I paid for pop-pop (and it was worth every cent) and these people didn't. Now, it'd be one thing if they were just trying out the game, but it seems like I've seen the same people playing demo games going back months. I don't know what restrictions pop-pop places on people playing the game for months on end (I registered it almost immediately) but if these people are doing this, it's not enough. Not all my reasons for not liking the unregistered are ethical, though. I don't like being limited to one game just because someone is too cheap (or 'poor'- so poor they can afford a Macintosh) to register. I don't like playing people who might not be playing their best because of the restriction of characters. I've never posted on this board before, but I really needed to vent about this. And if any of you reading this are unregistered: get registered! It's not that expensive, and if you're playing it enough that you visit the web boards, you're playing it enough to pay for it! Macgamefiles.com say there's 32,000 downloads of pop-pop, and I bet not even a tenth of them registered. Ambrosia and the author deserve to get paid!
Apologies to all registered users for taking up the space. Just my $0.02.

It's not always someone's fault if they can't register. I's not very nice you telling people to register the software. It's their choice, not yours.
